Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Goods:  Though we try our best to ensure a safe passage for all packages sometimes an order might be damaged or prove defective when received by the customer. Such parcels are replaced at no extra cost to the customer, provided an image of the order, as received by the customer is sent to us via e-mail. The replacement is processed immediately, or a refund is given.

Misplaced Order: Though all precautions are taken to ensure and verify the customer’s address, sometimes orders do get misplaced. If the address information has been correctly supplied by the customer and an order is still misplaced then that parcel is reshipped immediately, at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

An order cancellation or change can only be entertained if it is done within the first 24 hours of the order placement. A customer can even claim a complete refund in this time frame.
